 Each client must sign and date contract before services are rendered. Said signed agreement must be received by owner of Buckeye V.A. before services begin.

Refund Policy:

*There is no return of funds once a contract has been signed, dated and sent to the owner of Buckeye V.A.

Buckeye V.A. does not in any way, shape or form promise the success of a business. We carry out techniques that can help your business reach the next level, We can not and do not guarantee your search engine rankings, increased sales or success.

Buckeye V.A. provides assistance to small businesses who are in need of marketing and research, and will also provide a list of suggestions that are known to have helped other businesses succeed. This does not insure you or your business will see the same results. RESULTS VARY.

When entering into a relationship with Buckeye V.A. you are responsible for keeping communication open, this contract is to be seen as a “team” for your business. We want to see you succeed, but this does take commitment by you, the business owner and the virtual assistant.

*Buckeye V.A. reserves the right to turn away services or cease to serve small businesses that are believed to be against the morals, beliefs, and rights of the owner.*
