Buckeye V.A.com website agreement

Once a client purchases a package or special, you are legally entering into an agreement with Buckeye V.A.  The client has 14 days to contact Buckeye V.A. to begin work or client forfeits package. No refunds will be issued, due to clients lack of communication with Buckeye V.A.

HOW PACKAGES WORK:

When the client purchases a work package from Buckeye V.A., you agree to the terms set out on that page, for that specific work package. Client  must contact Stephanie Fish (Buckeye V.A.) at stephanie (at) buckeye (dot) com immediately upon or before purchasing a work package to insure you are scheduled.

Each package has its own terms, please read thoroughly and understand BEFORE purchase. Client is responsible for reading and understanding terms for each individual service package. Should client have questions, email me immediately, BEFORE, you purchase a package.

Refund Policy:

*There is no return and or refund of funds once work has begun. Client has  14 days from package purchased to contact Stephanie Fish or client forfeits package and funds.

Buckeye V.A. does not in any way, shape or form promise the success of a business. We carry out techniques that can help your business reach the next level, We can not and do not guarantee your search engine rankings, increased sales or success.

Buckeye V.A. provides assistance to small businesses who are in need of social media management, online marketing and research, and will also provide a list of suggestions that are known to have helped other businesses succeed. This does not insure you or your business will see the same results. RESULTS VARY.

When entering into a relationship with Buckeye V.A. you are responsible for keeping communication open, this contract is to be seen as a “team” for your business. We want to see you succeed, but this does take commitment by  the business owner and the virtual assistant.

Communication is of the utmost importance and miscommunication does happen. The best way to insure you are communicating efficiently is to have the VA read back to you the tasks that are being outsourced.

I do not give support for 3rd party software, including GoDaddy.com, WAHMcart, Joomla and/ or WordPress, or the likes.  Should something technical happen due to their server you are responsible for contacting them. It’s your responsibility to back-up your website content in case of a technical/server issue. If you should lose your content due to a technical issue you are  responsible for purchasing additional hours to reconstruct your website. This is not covered by Buckeye V.A. virtual assistance services. I do not offer webhosting or web backup services.

*Buckeye V.A. reserves the right to turn away services or cease to serve small businesses that are believed to be against the morals, beliefs, and rights of the owner.*

Termination of Contract

If retainer contract is terminated by client, client is fully responsible for hourly rate at time of contract termination (not to exceed $55.00 US per hour) to be paid on hours rendered within in 24 hours of retainer contract termination. Failure to pay within the time limit stated above will result in a late fee and/or legal fees. No advance notification is needed on behalf of said business. All signed contract are seen as an agreement with the current  TOS (Terms of Service). Client is responsible for reading over the TOS each month contract is renewed.

Payment Options: I accept payments via paypal.com only.

Legal Disclosure: I am in no way connected with any other Virtual Assistant business other than Buckeye V.A. , in which I am the legal registered owner with the State of Ohio. Similar business names,practices and/or descriptions are only a coincidence.

Buckeye V.A. retains the rights to modify, change, edit Terms Of Service at anytime, with or without notice.
