Q: How can your virtual assistant business help me?
A: Buckeye V.A. can help you grow your business in several different ways. The best way to answer this question is to
schedule a free 30 minute consultation to go over your business goals and needs. Whether you are looking to research your competition or to find the best keywords for your product and/or service, there isn’t any task too small to outsource.
Q: What types of business do you work with?
A: Buckeye V.A. works with authors, speakers, coaches, other virtual assistants. Any business owner that knows the benefits of outsourcing is a potiential client.
Q: How do you track your time spent on my tasks?
A: I use an online, free time software program called “TimeStamp”. This software not only allows me to keep track of the exact amount of time spent on each task, but I am able add ‘notes’ by each time specifying what task I worked on during that time period.
*you may ask for a copy of this time sheet, but you will need to download the free software to your computer in order to view it properly.*
Q: I’ve already participated (and spent quite a bit of money and time) on banner ads, ezine advertising and even advertising in my local towns newspaper and never saw any return on my investment. How is your marketing services different than the ones I’ve already tried?
A: When you outsource your marketing I will create a custom media list that contains media contacts that are specific for your products and/or services. Unlike banner ads or print advertising, though these are both great ways to get target market to your website, directly marketing your business using a custom media list you can be sure that your business information is getting infront of the proper person. We can take your business message and practically place it in the hands of the decision maker for that media publication.
Q: Isn’t marketing my business actually free?
A: Yes and No.
Yes, you can market your business for free, that is , if you know what how to do it professionally and you know how to reach the decision makers in the media.
No, marketing does cost you time. Time that should be used focusing on the business related tasks that only you can do yourself.
Basically, as the business owner you must decide if you want to “spend” time or money on marketing your business yourself or if you should outsource it to a virtual assistant.
