Establishing yourself as the expert takes time, I’m sure you already know this :)

By consistently writing on your topic, you will draw in the clients your target market. I heard that it takes your potential clients to see your message 7 times before they make a decision!

Having a strategy for creating great content that will help you establish an expert status is a very important task that needs to be considered before submitting your next article. To make the most of your article marketing efforts, I’ve given you a list of ideas.

10 ideas to help you with your expert status:

  1. Write your about your topic weekly.
  2. Publish it on your website first.
  3. Submit to article directories.
  4. Use it in your newsletter.
  5. Place the direct link to your newest or most important blog post, in your forum signature.
  6. Create a Squidoo Lens (place link in your Bio!)
  7. Write a Press Release
  8. Leave a great comment on blogs that are related to your topic.
  9. Check your WordPress plugins, make sure you have the “addthis” or something similar.
  10. Talk about your business solutions on podcast/radio shows  that are geared towards your target market.
