Welcome Autumn 2009!
It’s “Football, Back-to-School, Dances” time and you might be trying to figure out:
“How Can I Run My Business Efficiently This Fall?”
Do you know that by outsourcing to Buckeye V.A. you can:
- Enjoy the weekends off
- Keep in touch with your potential/current customers
- Continue growing your online business
All without having to physically do a thing for your business! As your virtual assistant I will be the ‘unseen hands’ behind the work. No matter how many hours you need to outsource, I’m sure my virtual assistant services can accommodate your business needs!
What To Outsource This Autumn:
- Newsletter/Mailing List- prewrite your newsletters and have your assistant place all of your messages in your mailing list software. I suggest Madmimi.com.
- Blog- Your assistant can add prewritten content to your blog or research fun/business related facts to add to your blog so it stays fresh and keeps your readers active. Search Engines love fresh, new content!
- Customer Service- Let your assistant answer your phone messages and emails
- Research- Have your assistant research teleseminars/webinars, and other speaking opportunities
- Social Network Marketing- Your assistant can add content to your accounts, let each of your lists know of your specials and more!
- Marketing- Keep your articles and press releases coming! It’s important to send your content to the right readers!
Autumn is a time to relax and enjoy your family and friends, but its not a time to let your business grow stale! In order to be successful you have to market yourself ( business) all year long. That doesn’t mean YOU have to do it ALL yourself! If you plan on taking a vacation and unplugging yourself from your business, then you need to PRE-PLAN now.
Take time to talk to your assistant (or find one) at least 2 weeks before your vacation. Train her to take your place, do not assume she can run your business by herself if you have NEVER let her do so. Your assistant may have been with your for several months or years, but you need to realize that she may have never been handed full reign over all business aspects. By giving her full reign while you are still ‘working’ you will be able to work out any ‘bumps’ before heading off to your vacation destination.
Have a Blessed Autumn Season!
