Day 3: Bring Me Traffic!
Today is Day #3 of a 10 day series entitled :
“10 Reasons to Market Your Business with Articles”
Outsourcing (delegating) a minimum of 5 hours of article marketing per month can benefit your business. Perhaps if you have a better understanding behind the “why” you should be marketing your business with articles, then this task will never see the end of your to-do list again.
Day 3: Bring Me Traffic!
Another benefit of regular article marketing is the potential it has to increase your website traffic. Having a professional website is important but it doesn’t stop there! You have to get your website seen by the search engines, but most importantly, your potential clients. Once your article is published via an article directory, that reader may decide to place your article in their ezine , blog or website. When your reader places your article in-front of their readers, those readers have the option to visit your website via the information in your Bio.

Day 1:Build Your Credibility
Today is Day #1 of a 10 day series entitled :
“10 Reasons to Market Your Business with Articles”
Article marketing can be a time-consuming business task, and if you’re already an over- scheduled women entrepreneur, then article marketing might be at the bottom of your to-do list. Outsourcing (delegating) a minimum of 5 hours of article marketing per month can benefit your business. Perhaps if you have a better understanding behind the “why” you should be marketing your business with articles, then this task will never see the end of your to-do list again.
Article marketing can boost your credibility, personal and business. Having your articles published to well-known, well-visited article directories can boost your personal and business credibility. Your target market will begin to view you as a “real” person that can help them with their problems. This is how the trust cycle between business owner and client can begin.
No matter what business you own: handmade goods, clothing designer, life coach, virtual assistant or ebay seller, your business can successful reach your target market by marketing with articles.

Why You Should Outsource
Outsourcing is the exchange of money for time. The older business trend would have been to read over resume and applications, interview possible employees then take more time to hire that person. The newer business way is to seek a virtual assistant, someone that works remotely from their own office. This saves you time and money without sacrificing your business success.
By outsourcing business related tasks that take up quite a bit of your time, you can actually regain those lost hours and still see the business growth you desire. I’ve compiled a “Top 5 List” of the most outsourceable tasks that I’ve compiled over the past year.
Top 5 Time Consuming Tasks may include:
- Transcription
- Customer Service
- Email Support
- Online Marketing
- WordPress Set-up
The benefits of outsourcing, even the smallest task, can open new doors for you to further your business goals. By outsourcing the “busy” work to an assistant, you are opening up your schedule for that needed vacation or speaking opportunity.
Contact me, Stephanie, for your free 30 minute consultation and let me help you find that perfect service package.

A Virtual Assistant (also known as a VA) is an entrepreneur who offers services to small businesses via their remote location. A Virtual Assistant is responsible for his/her own taxes and other expenses related directly to their business, which means, that you do not have to pay any additional state or local taxes for outsourcing that is not related directly to your business.
Virtual Assistants (VA’s) use today’s technology to communicate to you and your clients, by means of Instant Messenger, Skype, Email and private Chat rooms. VA’s also serve a variety of niche’s, this is a great way to build your own virtual team.
Your business may need a team of highly skilled VA’s that includes:

Need Traffic? Then You Need to Outsource!
Why Should I Market with Articles?
I used to ask this same question, at first it just seemed to be another business task on my weekly to-do list. It was also the one task that got pushed to the bottom of the list every week. It wasn’t until my virtual assistant coach explained the benefits of article marketing to me during one of our coaching sessions.
She said that article marketing is a must-do for any online business that wants to:
- Increase website traffic
- Grow their subscriber list
- Been seen as an expert in your field
Well, I know that I as a business owner, you want all of the above! Don’t you?
If you could use more web traffic, newsletter subscribers and paying clients, then article marketing may be just what you need to do on a consistent basis. If you don’t have the time to submit your articles, please contact me today.
If you are struggling to find the time to write articles, how about recording your articles using audio or video, then have me transcribe them for you?

Article Marketing the Easy Way?
Article marketing no longer needs to be seen as a tedious task! But first let me start with some basic reasons why entrepreneurs need to be marketing their business with articles.
Why Article Marketing?
- sets you up as the expert in your field
- brings potential clients and customers to your website (via your Bio)
- shares your expertise with your readers
- Brings in more search engine traffic
You also know that article marketing is a time consuming task for two reasons:
- You have to type out our article
- You have to submit your article to directories (preferably on a consistent basis)
Did you know there is an efficient , but still effective way to market your business with your own words WITHOUT having to type your article content yourself?
Here’s how:
- You record your article content via mp3, podcast or video
- You send me your recording
- You specify if you want your recording to be formatted for a blog post, article or report
- Once I view the audio, I will invoice you with total cost (no hidden fees)
- Once your invoice is paid in full (via paypal.com) I will complete your project
That’s it! There’s nothing more to being a success internet marketer using your own article content. What are you waiting for, contact me at stephanie@ buckeyeva.com today so we can get started on your article marketing journey!
Outsource Your Article Marketing?
Article marketing is a great way to share your expertise, educate your readers and bring in some search engine love. The problem with article marketing is that it takes time. If you’re already over-booked, the last thing you want to do is add another task to your schedule, which means you’re either going to chose not to market your business with articles or you’re going to outsource the task.
If you chose to outsource your article marketing then you want to be sure to have all of your information gathered so you can forward it to your marketing assistant. (Don’t worry if your article marketing information is not organized, you can ask your VA to allocate some of the time purchased to organize your information.)
Gathered information may include:
- articles written that aren’t submitted
- articles that have been submitted
- current article directories that you use
- preferred article directories that you want to submit
- username and passwords associated with your article directory accounts
- your bio in plain text and html
- your choice of email and password for new directory accounts
When you first begin to outsource your article marketing, you may want to meet with your virtual marketing assistant via phone (or Skype). Doing this will allow you both to ask and answer questions in real time, without having to play email tag.

Article Marketing Plan
Marketing your business online isn’t difficult but it is time consuming, which is why so many business owners are looking to outsource this particular task. Article marketing should not be looked at as a “one time” deal and then expect to see an increase in your bottom line instead you should look at this as a long term business need.
Articles written specifically for your clients and marketed at the right places can bring you the increase in subscribers and buyers that you’re working so hard to gain.
Your article marketing plan might go something like this:
1. Choose 1 day of the week, such as Wednesday, to write your article.
2. Choose 1 particular day a week to submit your article.
2. Create a file/folder in google docs and/or on your hard drive and name it “articles” or something similar so you know what is in it.
3. Create a simple spreadsheet and keep a list of all your article marketing efforts in one place.
Challenge yourself to write an article one week, then submit it the next week. Keep doing this for 6 months straight and see if you gain more customers and/or subscribers.

Feeling The Holiday Stress Already?
The recent snow flurries reminded me that winter is upon us and that means added stress, particularly due to the fact that the Holidays are right around the corner. Can you believe that November 1 means that Christmas is only 8 Saturdays away!
When I start to count down the weeks until Christmas I start to feel over-whelmed and that can cause anyone to get lost in the chaos and loose focus of their business goals.
Right around this time of year, business owners start to take on added stress. They may have to deal with the stress of meeting end-of-the-year deadlines, clients and customers added demands (after all, they are feeling the stress from their clients and customers) and not to forget, the stress of pre-planning for the upcoming new year!
Whew! That’s enough stress to throw even the most calm business owner into a tizzy! By outsourcing just one task, such as article marketing, you can save yourself up to 10 hours in one months time. Just think what you could do with those “unspoken” for 10 hours?
