In 2001 I began researching online jobs and found plenty of scams and other unethical practices making the first page of google. I knew from my initial research that I was not getting the results I had hoped for. Then I began researching how others were using the internet to make an income.

When I first starting working from home as a virtual assistant, I created and sold primitive crafts. I absolutely love the primitive flare, but within a year of being an online business owner I knew that this was more of a hobby than a business. This fact made me dig even deeper into researching business ideas online. It didn’t take long before I saw that the only real, legitimate “job” was one that I created for myself in the form of a business.
